Joes Healthy "fried" rice

I made this up today after looking at several fried rice recipies. First off this is my diet:
B: Oatmeal, little brown sugar 2% milk
MS: Orange, Vanilla yogart
L: 3 small/medium chicken breast strips, cucumber ,orange
MDS: Apple, almonds, Natty PB
D: 4 Small/medium chicken breast strips, 3/4 cup brown rice, 1 1/2 cup green beans

So here is my Fried Rice, tell me what you think

Boil 3/4 cup brown rice,
While rice is boiling,
Heat up pan and add one egg, scrambling it until rice is boiled
When rice is done add alittle (1/4 teaspoon) Envola oil to pan with egg and add rice.
Stir up rice with eggs, and add alittle soy sause until rice has a even light brown consistancy, Stir for anouther minute and serve. So what do you guys think

Get yourself some seseme oil, just a couple of drops adds alot of flavor, and try fish sause, it smells worse than rotten ass, but again a couple of drops adds depth and comlexity to your rice. But you might want to ease up a bit on the soy sause if you use fish sause, they're both salty. I like srirachi hot sause, or chili garlic sause on my rice for heat and flavor. The chili garlic sause often has alot of sugar in it so you may want to shop around a bit. All of these items can be found in the ethnic foods section of most big grocery stores.

Another tip. Making your rice ahead of time, the cooling it. Then sauteing it will help keep the rice from sticking. Grate some ginger and add it at the beginning. You can still use very little oil, when its half warm and the oil is absorbed, turn your pan on high and add a little water, add your egg on top and cover, the steam will cook the egg and heat the rice, dice some green onions, wait a couple minutes, uncover add green onions, toss, stir, toss, stir, you're done.

well, I didn't see this till today, and I read this board everyday... what is there to be said Bro, it is rice with eggs... Is this for a bulking diet? seems so to me... if that is the case, it's OK,as long it is in check with your daily caloric plan.

Mainly a carb-side dish... agree with the comment of trying to add other things (maybe a little bit of garlic, some chicken stripes, some veggies, you name it)
