Went for a walk - a long, slow one - technically shouldn't but it's too nice out to stay inside....walk lasted about 1 hour - knee was achy afterwards....

****Not feeling well today - got a head cold, throat is scratchy & my "special friend" showed up for the weekend....Yay!! :rolleyes:

I did a heel sit tonite!! I kneeled down and leaned back (into Yoga cat pose I think it's called) and TOUCHED my butt to my feet & my feet were on the floor!!

That is significant!! Yay!!

I know you've told us, but when is surgery? Keep up the hard work. I assume the swelling is gone...

Well I've kinda been "partying" on my own..... :lmao:

Surgery is scheduled for 4/4 at 7:30am (I have to BE there by 5:30am, sheesh!)

Still have a little swelling - it's about at a +1 (down from +3)

**Cold not feeling too bad today.....have had a headache ALL day which won't go away.....cramps are horrible....knee is stiff & achy.....took 9 Ibuprofen today which didn't help at all.....bah!

**Woke up with a headache, general body pain & more horrible cramps.....yay! Have Physical Therapy this morning + I see my Orthopedic surgeon to discuss surgery..... :worried:
