**Did some stretching at the gym - got my right knee to bend to a width of 2 fingers between my butt & heel! Yay!

~ 4:00pm - Walked down to outlet shops....my first walk in over a month!! Took it slow and actually was out of breath a little....but it felt good to be out. Oh and got myself a VERY COOL new pair of sneakers.

I did a heel sit tonite!! I kneeled down and leaned back (into Yoga cat pose I think it's called) and TOUCHED my butt to my feet & my feet were on the floor!!

That is significant!! Yay!!
