It's so funny to hear us talk about hurting and then put the phrase feels good at the end. LOL I got up the other morning after working my legs and was like ok why do I like this again. It's so freaken addictive but in a good way. :)

Yeah I know........must be an endorphin thing..... funny - my legs (both) are actually sore also and my PT really only focuses on the right.....
