Squats on right leg only on 8" riser, left leg held out to side - 3x10
Squats on right leg only on 6" riser, left leg held out to front - 3x10
Iso Kinetic Protocol
Stim (PT said my quad is getting stronger as the bar goes up higher on the same level of stim I'm on)
Leg Press with Right Leg: 105lbs - 3x6
Leg Extensions with Right Leg: 30lbs (?) - 3x6

**They measured my flex on my right leg today too - 144 degrees!! (kneeling)

Stopped at Iron Hill last nite & got some take out - got a Sesame Chicken stir fry which had rice, chicken (7oz), shredded carrots & a dried cherry sauce....it was not as good as I thought it'd be & was VERY oily...

Teeny-tiny sliver of cake...like 1/4" x 1"
