Your diet looks great....as one of the girls have already said, you do have a grace about your posing. Looking good.
Your pics are great...don't come down on yourself. :) :)

Left knee is feeling better but still hurts a little when I squat down, so still not squatting......

psst, atasr5 ( I think?) I thought the same thing. DO you have to do a T walk at your show?

Ah ok - I recognized the avi but not the name........


And yes I have a T walk to do -- walk from backstage right or left to the middle, pose.....walk to the front & do Quarter turns then walk to stage right, strike a pose (any one) then walk to stage left, pose BACK to the middle & you're off!! Whew!

And we can have our own music too - thinking of going with Motley Crue's "Looks that kill."

Diet is looking good as always :D
Have you tried the new splenda flavored packs yet? Saw yesterday they even have a mocha out now and was wondering if they were any good??

I've only tried the Vanilla - and it's good, has a hint of vanilla to it.....


Guy who works at the gym asked me tonite if I was losing weight!! Whooo!!
