[Actually wasn't able to eat it all but will put it all into Fitday anyway]

3/4 of a 2/3 cup measure shredded pork

1:00pm - went for a walk around the Riverfront & window-shopped....Legs not as sore now....

**Funny with this meal, I ate it cold - so this is something from my comp 1.5 years ago I haven't lost -- being able to eat a meal cold & not caring.

1 Omega 3/6/9 cap

4:15pm -- Walked in the freezing cold 15 degree F weather to the gym; 3 blocks
Cardio
Treadmill: warmup 5 mins; Run 2 mins alternate with walk 1 minute ~ 7 cycles (20 mins worth); slight cool down ~ 3 mins
Jacked treadmill up to 4% incline and 6.4mph & ran for 30 sec; 5 cycles
Cooldown 5 mins

Abs
Machine Crunch: 110lbs - 3x12
Hanging Knee Raises w/ball: 3x15

~ 6:30pm
1/2 cup miso soup
4 pieces vegetable sushi roll
Sashimi platter (weighed all the fish & entered into Fitday individually)
1/2 cup seaweed salad; wasabi + ginger

1 banana (3 5/8 oz) dipped in Walden Farms choc dip :p

2 Levorex + 1 sesamax + 1 svg liquid gluc/chon/msm

**Water: 4 (20 oz) bottles of water + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle diet green tea + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle of water + 1/2 gallon water

**lower tummy/ab area feels like a little hard ball and I'm noticing the loose skin on my legs is looking WORSE which if I remember correctly means I'm losing BF.....just hope that gook tightens up.....gonna dig out my YES for the next CV session....
