Yep, GG - the brownies were tempting me but after having one, it wasn't really what I expected, so it wasn't as good as I thought.....

4:15pm - Walked 3 blocks to the gym

Cable Pressdown w/V-bar: 40lbs - 3x12
DB Curls: 12.5lbs - 3x12
Seated Tricep Ext Machine: 65lbs - 3x12
Cable Curls: 22.5lbs - 3x10
Standing O/H Tricep Extension: 15lb DB - 3x12*
*each arm
Seated Incline DB Hammer Curls: 15lb DBs - 3x12

Side Lunges, to the right holding a 42.5lb DB - 3x12
HS Iso Lateral Right Leg Press: 90lbs - 1x10, 2x12

Elliptical; 20 mins; 1.78 miles

5:45pm
1 scoop whey in water

~ 7:00pm
tilapia + green beans + salsa

9:15pm
tilapia + green beans

Water: 2 (16.9 oz) bottles of Diet Green Tea + 4 (16.9 oz) bottles of water + 1/2 gallon water

I had a rough time sleeping Sunday night, too. Sounds like we had similar days because of it. hehe. How are you feeling today? Rested up, I hope! ;)

Incline DB Flyes: 22.5lb DBs - 3x12
Seated incline DB front raises: 10lb DBs - 3x10
DB incline press: 25lb DBs - 3x12
Standing DB lateral raises: 12.5lb DBs - 1x8, 2x10

Stationary bike: 30 mins; 6.25 miles

PWO: 1 scoop Tropical Punch PP in water

Hey Jen! Hope you're feeling rested and better today!

GG -- hilarious comment about the brownies triggering a cheat day. I was watching Rachael Ray eat a pulled pork sandwich on TV tonight and could feel myself drooling... :p
 
That is her pentence for eating the brownies...she has to say 3 hail egg whites....lol sorry I couldn't resist.....
