I'm currently cutting, and I am on an extremely clean diet. However I am taking in about 2,500mg of sodium daily via the form of hot sauce.
Visually I really don't look like I am retaining a lot of water though.
So is this much sodium bad? Can I continue flavoring my clean foods with hot sauce?
