So recently I've been calculating my caloric intake, here are my findings.
Age 32
Weight 76kg
Height 5ft 9
Bf% 9
Lift 5 days per week
Cardio none at present
Work - active on feet all day lifting etc.
My goal as always is lean muscle with minimal bf%
This seems to work for me, losing bf without the need for cardio at present
Protein 144g per day
Fat 72g per day
Carbs 155 per day
Total calories 1956
This is split between 5 small meals and includes coffee with milk
What do you nutrition gurus make of this? I am eager to know your thoughts
