Hey peeps...
I heard that your insulin sensivity is not high after a workout...
For example:
I intook high-GI foods before a workout. But then within an hour, my energy crashes down, goes down. It doesn't last too long. But then people say, after that energy-falling, your insulin is not sensitive. Isn't your insulin has to be sensitive after a workout, when you're tired?
