Ingredients for George Spellwin's Raw Protein Bars

I'm thinking I might try it also. I have never used almond butter but have only heard good things. Now I'm thinking I need to place an order for some more bars as well.

I might try the almond butter as well it looks like it would add onto the other already great taste

I bet Macadamia (nuts or oil) would be better and similar to Flax nutrition wise. I also like cashew butter.

I didn't think of this one either.I guess I should start looking at oils,sugars and jelly's for new ideas.

there are many items you can mix in with these.I'm going to really expand on what I put in mine and see how it goes
