Had alot of life issues, drugs, sick infant, just alot on my plate over the past few years

I've been eating clean some fruits and veggies (greens) for 4 days straight for me
I'm 32 yrs old
5'8"
230lbs

Want to get down to 185 ish

I feel good lately with eating better. I have alot of anxiety

It's true when they say, you are what you eat (and I think I ate puddles)

Try to take it one day at a time. Its a long way to 185, try to focus on getting in those fruits and veggies and plenty of water. Its probably not a good idea to hop on the scale too often. Maybe once every 2 weeks. If that thing doesn't move it can get discouraging.

Jnevin has dropped a shit ton of weight since he's cleaned up.

Had some similar problems in my youth years but I pressed past it (stay strong). I will tell you the best medicine for weight loss, it is phentermine. I lost almost 30 lbs. Did lose a little muscle with it but I am gaining that all back though. Just make sure you only eat about 1800 calories a day (if you eat good food it is a lot more than you think) and get no less than 8 miles of cardio per week. I assure you if you follow this you will shed lbs. Good luck.

I'm a fatass myself. Infact I think I may be fatter than you.

A week ago I was 230lbs. I"m 5'5 by the way.

I've also been eating clean for a week now and am at 227pounds. Not sure how the weight dropped this fast. I do lift heavy and do 30-45 cardio a day though.

And yea the guys are right. Stepping on the scale each morning and not seeing it move can be disappointing, but I try to look past it and keep eating the good stuff.

It's amazing how much eggs you can eat if you buy those egg beaters. 7 whole egg whites 210 calories 42g protein. It's like two big pans of eggs you're consuming.
 
My name is Tatyana and I am a chubette right now.

I just put on 10-15 lbs on holidays, which is quite a bit on my 5'2" frame (plus the 10 lbs I had already of 'off season' weight).

I am cleaning up my diet again after a month of burgers, pizza, Belgian choccies.

The fatter you are, you can lose a bit more weight quickly.

It will be the last 10 lbs that will be a bitch.

I like bulking up in the offseason and have done it several times then take it all off, so I will diet with you fattie.
