if you had to narrow it down to the 2 best exercises for each body part..............

What I like about them is they force you to use good form because it's impossible to stick your elbows out, they're forced in.

Use the ez bar, wide grip.

chest: incline dumbell press, Decline dumbell press
back: barbell rows, chins
quads: squats no other
hams: lying leg curls, stiff legged deadlifts
shoulders:wide grip upright rows, seated dumbell press
biceps: standing barbell curl, seated incline alternating dumbell curls
triceps:Skull Crushers, overhead press
calves: seated calve raises, standing calve raises
thats were its at....ALL HEAVY!!!
NO SHORTS NO LOSES!!!
