If somebody can figure this training split out I will consider you one smart person.

wouldn't push/pull be opposing muscle groups (like was popular in the late 80s)? like supersets of bicep curls with tricep pushdowns?

mon - chest
tue - shoulders/calves
wed - back/triceps
thu - rest
fri - chest/biceps
sat - legs
 
Current Routine

Mon - Back
Tue - Chest / Forearms
Wed - Rest
Thu - Back / Delts
Fri - Chest / Bi / Tri
Sat - Legs
Sun - Rest

You are corrrect. Push - pull is combining a pushing movement with a pulling movement. Chest<push> back<pull>. Tri's<push> bi's<pull>. Legs - Quads<push> hams<pull>. Normally alternating between them.
 
Keep every body part at once a week.. Remember you don't grow when you lift...you grow when you rest.

Well YUM that what I was looking for exactly, thanks a lot! And genarr3, I am superman, nothing applys to me, my muscles heal the second I leave the jym. All I have to do is eat wait 2 hours and work out again.

Is working shoulders and triceps on the same day ok? They are both push muscles. If this is not ok, what would be the best change to make?
