This was on another one of my posts but now I have a new problem! Here is my split........
mon- Chest only (will not change)
tues- Back/Biceps/forearms (want to use push pull method)
wed- Shoulders/Triceps (want to use push pull method)
thurs- Rest
Fri- Chest/and??????
sat- Legs
Here are the rules I want to follow........
1. Chest twice a week. One of these two days can include another muscle group.
2. All other muscle groups only once a week.
3. I want to use the push pull training method instead of pull pull, or push push.
It's making me crazy guys!
