I have this problem with my stomach. If I eat food like oatmeal or too much psyllium seed(they all form this "glue" that makes the GI lower). My stomach just gets to slow and I get problems with the stuff that will be in my stomach too long. If I eat food like rice tnothing is wrong, but I would like to eat something that is a bit slower in GI than rice. I also would like to blend my proteinpowder with something else than just milk, so would juice be good for this??
