If I can't do morning cardio.....

If you have the discipline to do cardio 2x a day, you can get up early and do cardio. Reaching goals is about sacrifice and pushing yourself. Plain and simple. You MUST make yourself get up early can workout. You MUST make yourself push through teh tiredness, the fatigue. Do the AM cardio. It will make a huge difference. Apparently, Cardio Breeze works well for this too. Maybe you should check it out.
^^this is SO true! (:rose:for u daisy_girl :) ) It's all about re-dedicating yourself EVERY DAY to your goals. I think it's SO darn easy to make excuses for what we're not doing or "can't" do. ;)

God, isn't that true?

None of my kids are allowed to say they "can't" do something. They also can't say it is hard OR easy. If something is difficult for you, you find a way to make it work - ask for help or try harder. If it is too easy, it is up to you to challenge yourself. Life comes with obstacles and it is YOUR responsibility to pony up.

At least, this is what I teach my 4th graders. :)
