Evening, Ice! Interesting on the 5x7. I'm going to look into that...especially if it doesn't take long in the gym. How long do you usually spend per session?

Hey FBC!! Generally it takes nelmsjer and I, plus another guy that goes with us, about 40-45min (sometimes an hour on a bad day! :qt: ). BUT...that is only because we have to change weights for three different people. I would say that it would take me about 30 min if I were by myself! ;)

I'm not real familiar with a 5X5 and I'm just contemplating already what I'm going to do after my show. I may need a change.....

Thanks!! I will. I think I skimmed over that one other time but didn't really get into the meat of it. Funny because I have like 50 different things I have set out to read. I have articles stacked at the house that I still have to get through and stacks here at work. I just wish I could put them up to my head and osmosis would take place!!! I'll get back to you once I read it.

You are SOOO welcome girl! I am the SAME way - I can't tell you how many articles I have printed out just waiting to be read!! I just don't have time to do it ALL!! I am all for the osmosis - let me know when you figure out how to do that!! :qt: heehee

- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-rex (we shall see how this goes)

11:30 AM
1 sm. granny smith apple
3 egg whites
- 2 sprays of oxycalm

1:15 PM – GYM
I followed the Tabata protocol for the first three 20-second sprints today.
- The first three sprints followed the following format: 20 second sprint, 10 second rest, 20 second sprint, 10 second rest, 20 second sprint, 40 second rest
- 7, 20 second sprint, with a 40 second rest.
- Cooled down with 6 minutes of jogging, instead of 5.
Nelmsjer and I felt pretty strong and energized today. Maybe due to the start of fat burners’!


3:00 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
½ cup broccoli (steamed)
¼ cup kidney beans
½ cup lettuce
¼ cup onions
- 1 sesapure

5:30 PM (wasn't feeling too well, so I added a pear)
2 Tbls NPB
1 sm pear

9:00 PM (my attempt at a cheat meal :worried: )
1 cup pork loin
½ cup spaghetti noodles
¼ cup mushrooms
¼ cup onions
¼ cup broccoli
3 sm white macadamia nut cookies that mermaid sent me :heart:
- 2 sprays of oxycalm

*1.5 gallons of water
* 1.5 liters of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1280 :evil:
Protein 123g (39%)
Carbs 113g (33%)
Fat 39g (27%)
Fiber 21g

I am sending the energy your way NOW!! (which means you should get it in approximately 3 months :lmao: )

I think it is too early to tell anything just yet, but I do feel a little more laid back and a little on the calmer side. AND...I have been a little more touchy, feely then I normally am (if that makes any sense at all). ;) :verygood:
