Nelmsjer and I will be working all weekend, so no plans for us unsocial creatures! :lmao: heehee ;) How about you, any exciting plans?

absolutely ... immediate effects were VERY similar.. then i got sick & had to stop for a week, then 2 weeks later, it 'hit' ...

Today was just an overall BAD day. I just wanted to run away and disappear :rolleyes: Just one thing after another, as my diet today will explain. :worried:

Hopefully tomorrow will be better :qt: Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! :heart:

9 egg whites
¾ cup honeydew melon
1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 2 sprays oxycalm

2:30 PM – GYM
All sets were done for 7 reps each except for the fifth set which was done for 3 reps
Squat: 58/75/90/105/120

Bench Press: 45/51.5/61.5/71.5/85

Power Clean: 45/46.5/55/65/75
Felt extremely strong today – had a WONDERFUL workout!


3:45 PM
PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with creatine and Gatorade

6:00 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
¾ cup broccoli
1/5 cup kidney beans
- 1 sesapure

*.75 gallons of water
* 1.5 liters of Green Tea


Total Calories (before dinner) = 651
Protein 88g (54%)
Carbs 54g (32%)
Fat 10g (13%)
Fiber 9g
