All sets were done for 7 reps each except for the fifth set which was done for 3 reps
Squat: 58/75/90/105/120
Bench Press: 45/51.5/61.5/71.5/85
Power Clean: 45/46.5/55/65/75
Felt extremely strong today – had a WONDERFUL workout!
