Hey, Sweet Thang! Did you just start making an effort with the water, or have you always consumed that amount? I have a BIG problem trying to get enough! :rolleyes:
 
How do you get those egg whites down? Blech! My least favorite thing in the world.

9 egg whites
¾ cup honeydew
½ cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure

11:00 AM
4 egg whites
1 sm. granny smith apple
- 1 r-Ala

2:00 PM – GYM (CARDIO TIME!!)
Weight:127 lbs(scale is not budging!! I’m hoping that it is just water given the timing ;) )
- 10, 20-second sprints with 40 seconds rest, followed by 5 minute jog.
- 4x10 Needsize abs.


4:00 PM
4 oz grilled chicken breast
½ cup lettuce
¼ cup onions
¼ cup kidney beans
½ avocado
- 1 sesapure

7:00 PM
2 Tbls NPB

8:30 PM
4.5 oz grilled chicken breast
½ cup lettuce
¼ cup kidney beans
¼ cup onions
¾ cup broccoli
1 slice swiss cheese

* 1.5 gallon of water
* 1.5 liters of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1401
Protein 145g (42%)
Carbs 93g (25%)
Fat 53g (33%)
Fiber 26g

Hey Girl - I am actually doing a 5x7 (due to the tendency of most woman to have a lower percentage of fast-twitch muscle fibers. Therefore, we tend to need a few reps for hypertrophy in the heavy ranges :qt: )

I have absolutely enjoy it....

Positive Aspects would include;

1. Things are different everyday
2. I continue to see improvements and weight increases every week
3. I have put on quit a bit of muscle from it
4. With the limited time we have in the gym, it has been GREAT for us! We get in, get out in a relatively quick time...though with the changing of plates, we have to HURRY!!

Negative Aspects would include;

1. Wish we had more time in the gym :evil:
2. Can't think of any ;)

I have actually ALWAYS been a water queen!! I LOVE IT!! :p When I was skating, I wasn't allowed anything else so I gulped down the clear stuff!! Even now, I really don't drink anything else besides green tea!! ;) Start drinking woman!

I LOVE egg whites!! I get them cooked over the grill and I eat them (usually with onions) YUMMY!!! :p

I am getting sick of eggs. Never thought of onions, now I will have to try that! (something so simple, but sounds good!) Thanks for the idea!

So maybe I missed this somewhere.. sorry if I did. I see that you don't actually post up your routine. What does your split look like and which exercises do you do? Do you keep the same work-out? What factors do you all change and how often?
I'm not real familiar with a 5X5 and I'm just contemplating already what I'm going to do after my show. I may need a change.....
 
Evening, Ice! Interesting on the 5x7. I'm going to look into that...especially if it doesn't take long in the gym. How long do you usually spend per session?

Had a BLAST today in the gym. Have I told you that I LOVE the gym! Workout was a little less challenging then I would have liked it to be. Next week is failure week (we will be exceeding our previous max's). So, if I don't fail, Nelmsjer and I talked about upping my weights for the program. WHOOAA
