Hey Girl - I am actually doing a 5x7 (due to the tendency of most woman to have a lower percentage of fast-twitch muscle fibers. Therefore, we tend to need a few reps for hypertrophy in the heavy ranges

I have absolutely enjoy it....
Positive Aspects would include;
1. Things are different everyday
2. I continue to see improvements and weight increases every week
3. I have put on quit a bit of muscle from it
4. With the limited time we have in the gym, it has been GREAT for us! We get in, get out in a relatively quick time...though with the changing of plates, we have to HURRY!!
Negative Aspects would include;
1. Wish we had more time in the gym
2. Can't think of any
