I reach a Plateu in my fat loss diet, what should i do?

I keep reading about Estrogen being the main factor for the middle fat stubborness, will this be my case now that i know my BF% is 16%? what can i do about this to be sure about this, because like i say, i do workout a lot, both weight and cardio training, i don´t have a super clean diet but i do keep it very healthy and under 2500 calories, lots of protein like fish, chicken breast and veggies.

Any advice about this?
 
if your eating beef, make it only once or twice per week.. Also add some salmon in there. If you arent getting plenty of healthy fats then it will be harder to lose fat. Try a handful of almonds once or twice per day.. Also about the snack, a can of tuna is the perfect snack at the end of the day

are you keeping a log of what you eat? if not then it will be hard to make adjustments.
 
dont know that app but im sure it should help.

once you hit a stalling point in your fat loss you have a few options

take a week off.. dont go crazy but go to maintenance calories or just above
reduce carbs
reduce calories
increase protein
increase activity level
 
Ok it seems i was mistaken about the reading for the BMI and the BF%. My BMI is 28 and my BF% is 16%. i did the reading with the Omron BMI machine.

16% isnt all that bad.. 30%bf is more like a sumo wrestler so i thought you were that big.. lol.. Have you tried low carb or carb cycling diets?? I myself never ever go very low carb anymore, all i lost was muscle and fat, im around 12-14% bf myself at 220lb and i dont plan to go any lower, because my performance will suffer but if you want to get to single digit carb cycling is probably the best idea.. chicken breast fish, egg white, veggies like you said is all looking good i do not know why you're not losing the excess fat tho.. If nothing works increase your cardio to 1-2 hours everyday and weight train 5 times a week (this is guaranteed result), for some people losing bf is very hard, its mostly genetic but you can reach your goals if you work hard..
