I keep reading about Estrogen being the main factor for the middle fat stubborness, will this be my case now that i know my BF% is 16%? what can i do about this to be sure about this, because like i say, i do workout a lot, both weight and cardio training, i don´t have a super clean diet but i do keep it very healthy and under 2500 calories, lots of protein like fish, chicken breast and veggies.
