My diet is 5000+ without the weight gainer and protein. I work 14/7 offshore and eat 6 times a day. So i have a wide variety of healthy food to eat. And my first cycle was 300 mgs/week of test e and 400 mgs/week of deca durabolin for 10 weeks. This was my freshmen year of college. I went from 170 to 210. Since then tho i got this new job and moving from boat to boat i wasnt able to workout for almost 2 years. Now im finally on a boat where the captain let me bring a weight bench on so i got on a regular workout/diet regimen 4 months ago. And when im off i go to the gym. I dont want to gain that much weight/size this time because i got a few stretch marks from that cycle. But after the cycle i did my pct and i kept about 85% of my gain for about 8 months when i was able to workout regualarly until i wasnt able to do it anymore.
