I have been out of lifting for a while!

I have been out of lifting for a while due to a tricep tendon tear. Who knows the best way to get back into to it after some time off due to an injury. I had the surgery (they took an achilles tendon out of a cadaver and replaced the tricep tendon with it). It has been almost 6 months since the surgery and I have been given the go ahead to start training. Need some ideas on how to train, supps, and etc. You can reply or send me a pm or email.

Thanks,

I had the same problem bro. I had shoulder surgery twice. Its tough getting back in the game, cuz you look like a pussy lifting light weights. It's damaging to the ego. But you gotta start off light.

hey bro, good to hear your back in it. i would def. start your training off with high reps and low weight. this always builds a good base to get your muscles conditioned to the stress of vigorous training and heavy weight. i'm not a big believer in creatine but some people have good luck with it. b12 might be good to get your appetite up and help get the protein to your muscles. just my opinion. good luck.
