Meal 3: 1.5 cup of basmati rice with a chicken breast.
410 cals/30g protein/5g fat

Meal 4: 1.5 Whole wheat pastas /w extra-lean beef sauce
~600 cals/30g protein 16g fat

Meal 5: 1 can salmon
300 cals/34g protein/15g fat

Hey santa claus, just to let you know that I also cut on all dairy products for the same reason... and I believe that was the cause of my chest and face acne... at least 95% of it!

So I really need to tweak my diet even more now, to get all the protein I need...

Give it 2 weeks and check for changes

Good luck.

Could be something in the supplements buddy.
Drop the dairy see if that works...if not drop/change Protein supps.

Do you think it's possible that it's the whey and not dairy products in general that is giving me allergy symptoms?

clause,
Diet looks good, but I would drop the banana (any fruit when cutting). Add a tablespoon of flax and olive oil at some point during the day.

DID YOU CUT OUT WHEY, OR JUST THE MILK, COTTAGE CHEESE, ETC.????

Yes quite possibly. a certain brand of Protein always brought me up in zits!

1.5 ltrs/day is quite high.

my recommendation is:

start by eliminating foods one by one (you can start with the milk) until you can actually pin-point what is wrong. You can have the shakes in water, no big deal, if you are worried about the protein, simply add more protein powder to it.
