hey i really want abs and this is my diet ....i have only oatmeal in the morning(plain) then troughout the day i have veggies and chicken or tuna....after my workout i have whey with sum dextrose and half cup of skim milk//////....i do sprints 1st thing in the morning (20min or 30)on an empty stomach and is wondering if i can loose muscle by doin this cardio and diet (3 x a week cardio) i lift weights and want abs...it never comes//! what should i do ...i incorprate natural penut butter and walnuts for my fat ,,,i do not exceed 40 grams of fat daily//im 120lbs
