I dont understand my intake

I just read on this website, calorie count.about.com , i filled in the criteria ;
age..
sex..
activeness...
i showed on estimate i burn 2810 calories a day!!!

My stats :

21
172 lbs >> 14% BF
95kg SQ
80KG BP
110KG DL

CURRENT ROUTINE ; SL's 5x5 (with some added isolation ea day) 4-6 days a week
Current Cycle :

2mg Test E p.w

My diet :

Scot oats with full fat milk
1 tsp flaxseed oil
1 pro shake with 4 egg whites
banana

bread/sandwhich x2 with deep filling of meat (sandwich meat..salami,pepperoni...ham..
pro shake 3 egg whites
banana

pasta pot (1000-1400 kcals) Or half cooked chicken with chips , pint of milk.

Dinner is different each night, always try to double the Carbs to protein ratio for dinner.

Snacks such as ... toast w/peanut butter..olives....peanuts & raisens....then bed

Any suggestions on how to increase my diet? the way its set is how i have to adapt at a 9-5 job

Your diet looks great...except for dinner. For dinner you should've eating more protein instead of carbs. You don't want to spike your insulin at the end of your day, it affects your hormones during sleep.

Too increase your calorie intake add in a protein shakes, mass gainers, etc.
