I Cant Get Size Anywhere

Try a calorie counter

I used fitday.com for a couple of weeks on my bulking diet to help me settle in.

Funny thing was I thought I was eating about 3000-3500 cals a day and found out I was eating less than 2000. Once I got that fixed I was eating about 4500 a day in the proper P/C/F ratios( I weighed 193 before bulking) and in 7 months peaked out at 218)


1. Food
2. Squats and Deadlifts

I take a week off every 8 weeks
I change my routine around after every rest period

In October my 1rm Flat bench was 205 while bulking I hit 315 and now that I have been cutting and eating low cals my 1rm is 275

I ran a 6 week 19nor/1test cycle while bulking. But I belive that diet was the key Eat clean no garbage. I ate alot of Oatmeal,steak, and Pasta and only drank water or Milk
 
i always hearing contradictory informations. people told me you need most of the carbs before your workout and then only maintenance carbs afterward, is that true. or do you need tons of carbs all day
 
Well...I eat a ton all day and night long...but I wanna be huge. Sure...maybe I am 6 months from hard contest shape (bbing) but it is still quicker to shed 40lbs of fat than it is to gain 40lbs of muscle.

celltech will also tear a gaping hole in your wallet. listen to bfold and spatterson. they know their shit. just eat big dude. youll grow.
 
You can eat "big" without eating shit too. Nuts are calorie dense, and a helluva alot better for you than honey covered snickers bars.

For you info world class sprinters train their legs. In fact they have massive legs and can lift with bodybuilders when it comes to legs.

THERE IS NO REASON FOR YOU TO DO DRUGS!!! SINCE YOU HAVE NOT HIT YOUR PLATEAU NATURALLY YET.

If you want to grow you have to eat. Eat 3600-4000 calories a day and you will GROW.

And you are basically only training half of your body. If you train legs and start eating properly you will probably put on 15-20 pounds in the next 3-4 months. Your bodyfat might increase but thats what happens when you bulk.
