I Cant Get Size Anywhere

ok ive been lifting for the past 5 years and im 20, 6'1 180(on a good day) and no matter how hard i try my arms stay at 15" and have only developed a cut body. Dont get me wrong, i get compliments on my body everyday, yet each morning i look in the mirror its all but satisfaction. I dont really lift my legs because i was always an athlete who needed speed rather than monster quads. I bench about 280 but have been stuck there for almost a year. I try to maintain a good diet with high protein but find myself not eating alot on some days. What can i do to get me to that 200 level before i start aspirating needles in my ass. Also if i choose not to wait and do a cycle now to reach my goals, will gaining muscle in the future naturally be even more diffucult.

Uhh, I'm a fucking idiot when it comes to training, but I know the answer to this one: TRAIN YOUR LEGS! 1) It will release more GH 2) It's very easy to pack weight onto your legs. You could hit 200 just by doing several sets of squats every week.

Case in point: me. I'm 6'2" now 193 on a good day, and the hardest gainer on this planet. But I've gained 20lbs over the last several months (in two big spurts). And what's noticeably different on my body? My legs. In fact, it's a real bitch to get into some of my jeans now (quads).
 
You answered a lot of your questions in your post.

You are cut...not good for gaining muscle at all.
You don't train legs...not good for gaining muscle OR speed.
You don't eat enough.

Yeah ,but what if someone errr,a friend of mine maybee ,a bloke i know has big quads to start with and dont want bigger ones ,but would love to have bigger hamstrings ,what exercises could he do to train them,would he get a good dose of gh then?:mix:
