ok ive been lifting for the past 5 years and im 20, 6'1 180(on a good day) and no matter how hard i try my arms stay at 15" and have only developed a cut body. Dont get me wrong, i get compliments on my body everyday, yet each morning i look in the mirror its all but satisfaction. I dont really lift my legs because i was always an athlete who needed speed rather than monster quads. I bench about 280 but have been stuck there for almost a year. I try to maintain a good diet with high protein but find myself not eating alot on some days. What can i do to get me to that 200 level before i start aspirating needles in my ass. Also if i choose not to wait and do a cycle now to reach my goals, will gaining muscle in the future naturally be even more diffucult.
