I havent been lifting for 2.5 months and i have to say i have never looked or felt worse, i mean right now when i extend and relax my arm i can touch the BONE where my tricep used to be. I can now touch my chest and feel ribs.


i find this disturbing.
 
I'm finishing up on Knee rehab and ready to Kick it back into a Higher gear Broly..
Even upper body suffered when I was hurting.
I just didn't feel like going to the Gym when I was in pain..

Enough of this Fat Ass weak crap...
I just reloaded on Protein and clean eats, and March is the start
for me to get back to where I was 3 months ago..

i know the feeling.
if your really wanna change that fast naturally, the best thing you can do is take 50mg of effedrine before a workout.
you'll get a crazy pump and an awesome boost.
it also increases blood flow and so you'll feel pumped all day.
don't consume more than 100mg a day though.
 
yeah never consume more than 100 mg of ephedrine a day, i think you can have just as intense workout without it.
mainly eat everything and get lots of rest
