Yeah Id love to get my bf% accually check by calipers, just havent gotten to it :-( I just use those online estimators, and we all know how well they help...Thats just the reading they gave me, so like I said, its just a guess but your right....16% sounds alot better than 20% lol :-)

And yeah the Bunny One, we have def agreed that they arent the cleaniest of meals lol :-)

Bunny Even more K if i could for the breakfast from hell site! lmao when i see that i was like damn stupid stupid stupid! lol.

But the breakfast there WAS WAY WORSE then my meal lol i mean the chost on the bfast meal was 210% lol mine was 83! i would puke that for breakfast!

I just got done with a no-so-clean bulk so my 1st thoughts are, if you have a clean bill of health, if it's convenient, cost efficient, no concern for processed food/chemical etc, I do not see a problem with this to get the cals up for YOUR goal. Are there other ways? Sure. Will is cost more time & money? Yup. Is that what you want? From this Post I don't think so.

With that said, I cannot compare with a clean bulk b/c I have never done one, and honestly, don't really plan on it at this time. On a personal note MM, if I didn't get the refeed on the food I was craving the most while cutting down, during this 'dirty bulk" , I'm sure I woulda went a little crayzay :D I have no regrets.

You can try it & you find yourself getting sick or stomach upset from the meals, ditch em & move on to option B ... still to be determined :)


LMAO at that breakfast! :spit: You'd think with that nutritional profile it would look at least somewhat appetizing.
 
forget the cals...damn thats alot of sodium! I have had them during my bulking stage but not as a regular part of my diet..at the point i used them it was more for convinience...but trust me you will feel like a bloated fish when your done.
 
I DO FEEL BLOATED. but shit im BULKING i dont mind. But yea ur right these things are sodium + toilet bombs. Only have 2 left ill finish off.

BUT LET ME TELL YOU. THE ROTISERII CHICKEN WAS GREAT! LOL.

BUT IF UR COMPARING THE ONE FROM BUNNY'S post to mine, mine is HALF of what some shit lol

Sodium = 1880 mg(Damn, looks like 2 galonh20/day is neccessary here lol

Holy shit! I used to eat one of this breakfast meals every morning. I never took a look at the nutritional labels...thank God I'm still alive. :(
