Hey guys, i was shopping yesterday at my local stop and shop, and i was in the freezer isle. So im walkin and see Hungry Man 1lb of Food! So i read the nutrional value.
It was 690Calories
Hungry Man Rotisiree Chicken serving 690
35g FAT 48g CARBS 49g PROTEIN
Now, i know this would not be a wise choice while cutting, due to the proccessed food, but im not cutting, i have perfected cutting(for myself) and now am trying to stuff my face with clean/balanced meals.

Fat: 114 1023 31%
Sat: 35 311 9%
Poly: 7 62 2%
Mono: 15 131 4%
Carbs: 235 898 27%
Fiber: 10 0 0%
Protein: 341 1364 42%
3218 is the total of cals in the day, the # is slighly lower due to i dont add veggies that i have with dinner in Fitday.
So it could be 3300+ Im trying to hit 3500/daily but its so fucking hard.
But as you can see above, I hit my %'s for my macro's
I want 40/30/30. Wich i came preety close too.
NOW I WANT TO KNOW, IF THE HUNGRY MAN IS JUST COMPLETELY NO GOOD.
it was 3.99 for a meal. But its better then spending 3.50 on Fried Chicken strips from the truck right!
I just want to make sure Im not wasting my time + Money.
BUT IF ITS A GOOD MEAL SHIT, GO BUY SOME ITS GOOD! LOL ITS 1LB OF FOOD!

Small serving of StringBeans
Small Serving of MAshed Potatoes
Small Brownie(Wich i believe most carbs in the meal come from so i toss half of it)
2 Chicken Legs 1 Drum, whatever they call it.
Decent Meal, Filled me up for a few, but hey then again nothing really fills me up.
Also, im at work trying to bulk, so now u can see why i gotta ask. I prepare so much damn food at home, this would be overkill to prepare at home.
