how to train on steroid cycle and how when come of??

how do u rain in cycles and after when coming off an cycle??
do u have strikt plans??like me??

week 1-4 15-20 reps never to mu. fail. intens 75% this ist wit no gear!

week 5-16 wit <A.S.>

w5 75% no muscle.f. 6-12 reps
w6 100% all in the 100%,drop sets , super sets..all inc. 6-12reps
w7 100% 6-12reps
w8 100%
w9 100%
w10 100% max.1-6 reps
w11 100%max 1-6 reps
w12 100% 6-12reps
w13 100%
w14 100%
w15 75 %
w16 75%

w17- 24 comming off gear!+clom +hcg +8weeks clenb.

w17-24 no muscle f. no drop/supa setz at all..recoveryCYCLE
then back at week 1 again and alltha shit again !

what do u think ... how do u cycle in cycles.....how do u train off sterods??to train 100% all year round would be silly ..how do u make this thanks
 
The only things that really change dpending if I'm on or not is the number of sets and or exercises. For example, when off I usually do about 12 sets per(large) bodypart working it once a week whereas when on I tend to throw a few more sets to get it around 15 per (large) bodypart. My rep range always stays around the same anywhere from 4-10 depending on the exercise. The most important thing to remember whether on or off is INTENSITY. You should always be going as hard as possible.
 
I follow pretty much the same training philosohpy when on as when off, I just do more sets when "on" and make sure the intensity is 110%. When I come off, I train with the same intensity but less sets for the first 4-5 weeks to make I don't lose much size, then I lower the intensity for a while to give my body a break
 
yeah!!cool but u cant train 100% year round.,, no good for the body,,you need to train in cycles..like every pro..in every sport!OR???year round wit the same reps ist not good to...
4weeks from 15-20..to prepare the body to the heavy weight!
the 8-12 weeks heavy really heavy...do u have no professional trainings routine ..wit all the year planed??
