im trying to get down to 11 or even 10% bodyfat and im probably 16 now maybe even 17...i dont want to do this too quickly and shed muscle, and im somewhat limited bc i still cannot do any leg training and really can only do the treadmill for cardio bc i just had acl surgery so i cant jumprope or sprint yet...im fixing my diet up to limit my carbs and im pretty sure in that department everything will be good...do you guys think i could do this in like 8 weeks? the ideal plan would be get to 11 or so then do a clean bulk
