How do you guys feel about eating like this....

Meal 1 - Solid Meal, (Steak,Fish,etc) At least 50 grams of protein.


Meal 2 - Solid Meal, (Steak,Fish,etc) At least 50 grams of protein.


Meal 3 - Solid Meal, (Steak,Fish,etc) At least 50 grams of protein

Meal 4 - Post workout Drink.


This is tha catch though.... Every Waking hour, exactly every One Hour, you have a serving of Whey. Every One hour.. Boom, time to take one serving of whey,, usually around 20 grams.

It'll equate to around 8 - 12 servings of Whey a day + Your regular food meals described above.

I don't want to post this on tha diet board, because the people on the diet board, with a few exceptions, are never able to answer my questions.

For Either Cutting up or Mass Building, how do you feel about it?
 
looks good to me->all that steak---wwwooowweee, i wish i could eat just steak, but at school that isnt going to fly. With that diet it looks like you will never starve your muscles at all.

As a matter of fact i've written a poem about you ass.

Nathan's ass is Round.

When Nathan's ass isn't Around.
I stick my head in a Mound.

I get so depressed I Cry.
It's so sad... "Sigh".

But when Nathan's ass is Here.
Even a 4" needle i won't Fear.

For Nathan's ass gives me Power.
And the energy to digest the 450 grams of protein that i Devour.

I wish Nathan was a girl named Suzie.
So that i could have somewhere to stick my Uzie.

Thanks man, except for the round ass part. I'll have you know that my ass is quite enticing. So there. As for the girl named Suzie thing, who's to say I'm not? I mean, Nathan isn't my real name. It's actually Venus. Sorry, but I think you'll have a little harder a time finding something suitable to rhyme with that.:D

During my One hour afternoon Nap,

Even though Venus was a cute little cupcake,

Well I like the idea of throwing in whey every hour for a positive nitrogen/anabolism balance, but what are you doing as far as your carbs...insulin is the most anabolic substance in the body..so lets not forget the carbs.:)

Right now My Goal is to lose 5lbs of pure bodyfat to get down to 6%. I'm on Ox at tha same time, Actually i've gotten bigger and leaner with a shitty diet, but i'm gonna CLEAN it up perfectly starting tommarow. LoL. Anyways, i'm keeping my carbs Low, Around 100grams, Protein High 350 - 400, Fat around 75 - 100 Unsaturated.

I use eas simply whey, and each serving has 4 grams of carbs.
 
That stuff always made me feel nauseous and tired. Some guys at the gym have the same problem. What about you?

Bro, i have tried every protein powder under in this blue hell.
All i have to say is...EAS SIMPLY WHEY CHOCOLATE, is tha best tasting, I look forward to having it. It tastes like fucking Ovaltine.

Never felt nauseous or anything. It's lovely, Almost as much as Venus. LoL
 
diet looks good to me....how long in between your solid meals and the 20 g of whey every hour? I mean are you going to be adding it in with some meals..and sometimes it will be in between?

im sure u know this..but just make sure u try to keep each meal roughly the same cal content....

whey in between will be good to get an extra boost in your metabolism....

how do you have it timed with the solids though?

I won't be eating Whey with tha solid meals.

Whey will be eaten every hour, except during the hours that the solid meals fall on.

Ya tha solid meals are all going to have the roughly the same calorie content.

Solids are timed Every 3-4 hours.
