How do YOU choose your workout-split?

I try to do 3 on, 1 off lately. If I am feeling up to it, I may go 4 straight. Need more recovery, I may go 2 and a day off. Minimum 5 days a week lately, and it feels great. Cept for the joints. Split looks like this- Legs, chest/delts, back/traps, arms.

just 250mg/wk TRT for the last few months. Been on TRT for 8 years. Just added in 50mg anadrol/day 3 days ago. Gonna run that for 4 weeks just for the fuck of it. The I'll run a spring cycle starting in Feb or so.

Recently quit drinking and really focusing on eating right and training right for the first time in years. It's too easy to get caught up in the partying. Especially in a college town, when all your friends/neighbors are younger then I am.

I have so much more energy and free time, now that the drink is put away.

I have been to the gym the last 3 days straight and am hitting up back today. Back is recovered from last Wednesday and I feel like a million bucks.

Haven't had a drink since Halloween and don't plan on it soon. Too old for those damn 2 day hangovers anymore. Maybe new years.

I really wanna dedicate myself to quality training and gains. Lean out for summer and maybe hit up a contest next fall.

am 40 next year and i rarely drink anymore ( which is unheard of in Ireland ) lol
