Current Stats:
126lbs – 13%BF, 5’4”
Desired stats:
136lbs – 13% BF 5’11” (j/k )
I kind of did things backwards and “cut” before I “bulked.” Now I have a very lean, muscular frame, but I wanna be BIG
Can anyone lead me in the right direction? I am currently eating a 60%p/20%c/20%c diet of 1500-1700cal a day. ALL clean….no protein bars or processed food. All clean and coming straight from my kitchen. Although I did get protein powder (Optimum Whey), but honestly, after drinking it a few times, I find myself thinking “Why the hell don’t I just eat REAL FOOD?” So, I might have one shake a day at night B4 bed.
I lift HEAVY 4 days a week and cardio is almost non-existent in my routine. Usually once a week, low to moderate intensity.
What do I do ladies/guys?
Do I eat more?
Do NO cardio?
How long do you think it should take me to achieve my goal?
HELP!
P.S. I do realize that I will have to sacrifice some BF percentage points in order to pack on the muscle…that’s not a problem.
