how do I change to a lean mass gain diet ?

Hi.

I already posted my diet here it is again:


7am- 44 gr. shake, 12 carbs, 260 calories, 5 strawberries
10am- 5 egg whites, 1 whole, 1 cup beans or 1/2 cup oats
1pm- 6oz. tuna, 2 cups lettuce, 1 tbsp olive oil / vinegar, maybe almonds
4pm-4 or 5 oz. chicken, 1/2 cup rice
7pm- 5 oz. chicken, 1 1/2 cups green veggies
10pm- 22 gr. protein shake, 6 carbs, 122 calories


What I need is someone to take the above diet, & alter it for me to take on a lean muscle gaining diet. I want to eat the same foods basically, but how do I alter it. what do I add, leave out, etc ?

I want to try to gain for a few weeks, and then go back to this cutting diet to lose weight again ?

I'm not trying to sound condescending here but I REALLY think you need to figure out a short term goal and stick to it...

You have a thread started up one day trying to gain muscle and another up the next trying to lose fat/weight. It sounds like you try to cut for a couple of weeks and then decide you want to gain muscle for a couple of weeks. You need to stick to something for more than two weeks in order to see results... perhaps that's why you're struggling...
