I'm traveling for 2 days this week. You bet your ass I'm training at my destination. I like having whole wheat pasta 1.5 hours pre-workout. How the heck can I pull this off?
If I buy regular whole wheat pasta, put it in a bowl with water, microwave it, will that work? I might even do that with brown rice. I have a Walmart near the hotel.
Oh, and how can I take protein powder with me in my check luggage without getting my butt probed? Thanks.
