How can I maintain strength and size gains from Anadrol?

I have done a fair bit of research on Anadrol 50s and wish to start using them, but am worried about losing the majority of my gains after I discontinue use. I only have access to sustanon 250 and Anadrol in ways of juice, but would be willing to add other natural supplements as well if they would help minimize the loss of results after I am done with the Anadrol.

I am currently 5'9", 230 pounds and workout almost daily.

PS, sorry for adding another thread about Anadrol, but every other one I read had suggestions of things that I do not have access to.

Most of the size and strength from drol is from the water retention. It doesn't last. You can take creatine, BIG BLAST and BRIDGE is simulate some of the effects, but drol isn't the greatest muscle builder in the first place.

how old and whats your body fat? 5 9 and 230 seems heavy.

you will lose some strength and size when you come off of any AAS.. you lose that anabolic/androgenic environment, there is no way you won't unless you are severely below your genetic potential.. like if you bench 85 pounds, jump on cycle.. get up to 150... then yeah you will be able to keep increasing your lifts as long as you stick with it. but if you are nailing 300 then get up to 350 on cycle.. its common sense you will pull back to maybe 320ish after. keep working and pushing off cycle. 2 steps forward, 1 step back.

with a quality PCT.. smart conservative cycle. you WILL year over year be making gains as long as you keep at it and work hard in the gym. don't be concerned with m/m or w/w gains. if your shirt you wore a year ago gets tighter then you are doing something right :)

also you will be dealing with injuries, family issues, girls screwing with your mind, work issues which will hurt your workouts also.. its all part of the game unless you are paid to lift and that is your actual job... so don't feel like you ALWAYS have to improve, its a marathon not a sprint

yeah please give stats and cycle history. if this is your first cycle adrol has no place in it.

Age: 19
BF%: around 30 I believe, I don't have calipers or anything to test with other than measurements.
My bench is only a plate per side, I've never tested myself for one rep or anything like that.

As far as cycle history is concerned, this would be my first. Anadrol 50 and Sustanun 250 are the only two things I have access to, that is why I researched them primarily. I did do research through this forum, and several other informative websites on other types of steroids, but unfortunately, they are out of reach for me.

sorry buddy but roids are not for you at your age.. not even close
roids are definitely not for you with your bf%... not even close

you need to get motivated and deciated to maintaining a good diet and training regimine for the next 2 years just to get the weight down and bulid some quality muscle.

what is your diet and what is your training routine?

that we can help you with advice on steroids at your age and bf% are not gonna happen. I suggest you start reading the diet boards and the training boards.

Alright, thanks for the help. My diet, to be honest, sucks. I live at home and am subject to whatever my family eats, which is usually not very clean eating. I am trying to push them towards healthier foods but its a struggle on a limited income.

As for training, I control that so I feel that it is very challenging and I never have an easy day at the gym. Currently I am working on losing fat so 3 times a week I am doing HIIT training (with the odd day of rowing mixed in on mornings) and twice a week I am doing weight training (one day for upper body one day for lower). Also my job is physically demanding so it's like being at the gym all day sometimes (General landscaping/Junk removal).

All of that will become difficult with Anadrol,Besides at 19 you not ready ,heck your body hasn't even finished maturing fully and you want to add hormones to it? i think not.
The Bloat & BP issues would be enough to keep most folks home in bed.

Build a solid foundation then we'll talk in a few years!

Drol at 30% is very dangerous, it's very liver toxic and the water retention on someone with 30%BF is a recipe for disaster (sky high BP).
Stay natty, you've got a lot of natural potential at your age.
