How are my calories and protein intake ?

im 6'0 210 lbs
pretty decent build


An average day consists of:

meal 1- 4 eggs ( 3 white and 1 yolk ), 2 slices of whole wheat bread
meal 2- 570 cal protein shake mixed with fat free milk, 60 grams protein, 75 grams carbs, 5 grams fat
meal 3- Turkey sandwich on wheat with a thin slice of cheese and spoon full of light mayo and 1 apple
meal 4- 2 scoops whey mixed with fat free milk- 60 grams of protein
meal 5 - chicken breast, potato, vegetabe
meal 6 - post w/o shake 570 cal mixed with skim milk, 60 grams of protein, 75 carbs, 5 grams of fat
meal 7- small snack , like dinner ( chicken ) leftover or smiliar, approx 20 grams of protein. Or a scoop or two of whey.

I take creatine and glutamine after my w/0

How are my calories and my protein intake ?

Get a Pen and a piece of paper. Write down everything on the Nutrional Panel that matters (Carbs Fat Protein Calories)

Add em up, post em.

Go to your fridge, grab the carton of eggs, add a custom item with 1 egg=1 serving and input.

repeat the process with everything else in there.

Might be the worst hour or two of your life. But it's in there, saved for life, and will come in handy for the rest of your life, and u'll never again have to rely on random internet people to tell u what u should put in ur body. Updating it takes 5 minutes a day, and keeps u as focused as "motivating tool" ever could.

ahhhh, I was trying to find everything by searching for it from their lists.
