Thank God my energy is comoing back quicker than i thought, i don't know about anybody else but i can tell the difference between pill form energy and raw heart and stamina.

Today went for a 30 min bike ride for some cardio, waited about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs and then hit the gym. I was trying to get in and out. I got in at say 8:15pm stretched, and then went to work at 8:30. Got done and went for a quick cardio bike ride again maybe 15 min to 20 min max. got home and it was 10:15 on the dot. I was fucking amazed. Just thought i should share the results. I guess you guys might be getting those before and after pics sooner than later.

(Total intake per day will vary on your weight to so keep adjusting when you loose weight... every week average weight or so)

You have a good plan to start. The diet will need tweaking eventually but just leave that for when you start to plateau. Great cardio training regimine.... you'll probably drop it fast with alot of cardio

You may need more healthy fats in that diet (ANPB, olive oil)... good fats stimulate testosterone production... don't be shy :)

All the vitamins you have at breakfast, I'd include that supplementation in the evening as well.


I used this tool to find my target calories and grams, but now I'm stuck: do I subtract dietary fiber grams from total carbs, or only when the dietary fiber is greater than 5 grams?
