AAP or anybody, i think your an inspiration to us all. I do have a question, I was reading your sticky in the other forum and you say you dont work calves, abs, traps. Have you ever? Surely your calves havent always been like that. Getting vascular in the legs is one of my main goals. I am vascular everywhere alse, but my lower half is not. I do have viens in my legs but they come and go at the wierdest times. You would think they would come out when your doing calves or running, they dont, they come out when Im lying on the couch watching tv or something.

I used to work calves. However, I have stopped working calves, traps, abs (did over 8 years of intense ab work every single day for swimming, so I am not going to lose much), forearms and traps. I have drastically cut back on back and shoulder training as well.

The reason for this, is that I want to have the absolutel MOST body resources (focus, energy, recovery, etc..) at my disposal for working and bringing up my weak areas. Triceps and hamstrings. The more resources I can devote to these two, the quicker they can be brought up. It will really be nothing to work the rest of my body that I am skipping now and blow it back up to size.

geo is right. i do not buy that guy is 60. his skin is too young looking.

ironmaster has been using gh for decades, thats why he is built like that and his skin looks that way, he is known as the gh/insulin guru around here for a reason
