good evening im a new member please go easy on me.ive been lifting for a couple of years made good progress considering what i looked like before i started.however ive let myself go,,ive a gut that looks like im 4 mths preggars!! i want to bulk up with correct diet etc,but surely need to lose the gut first before i do.can you post me a typical bulking plan?..ive a little idea but you help will be great.
