...and I was wondering if someone could suggest any changes I should make to my diet so that I can better achieve my fitness goals. I want to lose about 8 lbs.

Morning coffee: 3 sweeteners, 3 Tbsp table cream
Meal#1---1 cup skim milk
---5 egg whites
---1 tomato (raw)
Meal#2---1 can tuna mixed with....
---4 Tbsp regular sour cream
---1 cup freshly juiced carrots
Meal#3---1 cup instant rice
---3 cups chopped Romaine Lettuce mixed with...
---2 Tbsp Flax oil
Meal#4---1/2 chicken breast
---1 large apple
Meal#5---1/2 chicken breast
---1 cup instant rice
---1 cup fresh pineapple
Total Cal: 1800
