HGH vs IGF-1. Help me choose.

I wasnt saying use igf for fatloss. Hgh is the better choice for fat loss. But at his age I dont feel hgh is beneficial unless he uses a high dose. Igf will help him add mass which was also one of his goals. And its more cost effective to use peptides. To run 8+ius of hgh a day you better have deep pockets.

People are all different you may hold fat there... What is your bf?

Sorry, I'm not posting any pics yet. And I don't know my bf% either. All I can tell you is that I'm super lean and my only problem fat-wise is that I hold a minimal layer of fat on top of my abs. It's nothing too problematic or even noticeable, but I promised myself I wouldn't bulk again until I got rid of it and it's taking longer than I thought it would, even when I'm taking T4 and Clen.

I'll probably go with IGF-1 anyway but it's a shame because I was looking forward to the trimming effect of HGH. I guess that'll have to wait.

Normally when younger guys use it for bb they use 8+ ius day. I know several that use 10 ius day, which is something I wouldnt do personally. From what I have heard the lower doses dont elicit the same effects in younger people as their natural levels are already high. I have never used it so I cant speak from experience, but I do know that peptides work and are alot cheaper. So for me its a better option. Know if I was rich and money didnt matter Id try hgh. I just cant justify spending more money on hgh in one month, then Id spend on juice all year. If the op has the disposible income to finance it then give it a whirl.

For bodybuilding purposes I would recommend 10IU's 3 times per week intra muscular immediately post work out.
HGH isn't that expensive anymore unless you buy it in the US.
 
10 iu a day can come with some nasty sides. Like bone overgrowth.

Its not everyday. Its only 3 times per week.
And the only sides are increadible mass gains.

^im srry but this is idiotic, 10ius is not gonna do anything but give you acromegly if your gonna do synthetic gh 4ius is more then enough which is the better choice of the two you presented, I say this because for one igf down regulates your igf receptors therefore rendering your own igf useless after 4weeks and secondly when you use hgh it converts into your own igf at a range of 5-6 micrograms of igf per iu of gh therefore 4ius of hgh is equivalent to 20-24mcg of your own igf which is more then enough igf and is more efficient then lr3 or des

This isn't idiotic. Have you tried it?
It's only 30IU's per week. Before you go call this idiotic you should know more about what it is you are talking about.
I have run gh and IGF for years in more ways than you have ever known.
So don't knock what you haven't tried. Its not like I am saying take 70IU's per week. I guarantee you won't have any sides, not acromegly or any bs like that.
