hardest thing is making a diet for myself, I can write them for my clients and friends, but I second guess myself over every lil detail...
can you help?
stats: 5'11 225-230lbs 10% bf (hydro tested)
years training 6
current split: sun legs, mon abs/30min stairs, tue back/bi, wed abs/stairs, thur chest/tri, fri delt/traps, sat off or abs/cardio
goal: drop to 7-8% and maintain year round. hard yes i know, but nothing comes easy.
also on current cycle 2 weeks in:
100mg prop EOD
500mg EQ split mon/thur
have t3 and clen on hand too.
can you help?
