HELP w/ GH

Have a question regarding a conservative approach to entering the world of nontested bb competition.... Consider the following:
Suppose that a female in her 30s w/ a long history of lifting, dieting, etc. and a couple of natty comps decided to pursue the dark side w/ GH & anavar. Suppose further that this person had no experience w/ either. Given a period of contest prep on the order of 8 months, what is the best cycle schedule to pursue such that the two "supps" could be comfortably experimented w/ to assess response as well as run together or seperately for optimal support of the building & cutting phases of prep? (E.g. addressing necessity (or is it necessary) to run each separately to determine response and then together for optimal use or could they be stacked immediately?)

The choice of "supps" is based on the following:
- anavar: minimal sides
- GH: ability to lean out while leveraging healing capability for ongoing joint pain / tendonitis.

A conservative approach is preferred based on the lack of experience and period of time to prep.

"Bulking" will be driven by diet (not "supps") following carb rotation at higher calorie levels to support muscle growth (e.g. add 10 lbs of muscle achieve about 165 lb total weight) but reduce bodyfat by about 4% to reach a "starting point" of about 14% bf at 16 weeks out from comp time. The above mentioned "supps" would be applied to help support muscle building to increase muscle mass.

"Cutting" will also be driven by diet but supported by "supps" as close as recommended to show time. Training & cardio would be modified to support additional cutting. The goal would be to compete around 128-135 at 6-7% bf. Height is 5'7".

So given the above (and the estimated goal weight & bf have not been completely worked out but its a ballpark), how would one plan & schedule the cycles? Any other suggestions or comments on this?

Hey Lobo --- I suppose I should preface that post w/ the fact that I am former scientist & programmer so I'm used to writing in formal style.....

Anyway -- the subject is aware of the suggested doses, use, etc. The confusion is primarily in 2 questions - how necessary is it to do "trial runs" of each of these separately and what would the combination or non-combinations look like given the lack of experience and the time frame? Like you said - the first time is hard to master.

And another component - when if at all would one add in T3 given that GH tends to lower TSH? And would it be necessary to use it in conjunction w/ the ana + GH or GH alone or ?

(Always more questions...!)

My guess is that you won't need T3 if you're mixing OX and GH. Both are lypolytic. Never knew anyone to get fat on either. Adding T3 would just increase catabolism.

good stuff!....

i have also heard that t3 is not needed when using anavar/gh.... i wouldnt mess with ya thyroid if ya dont have to.

what about some clen a few weeks from comp time??

ive read many times that GH decreases t3 output or dcreases th conversion of t4->t3 so that is why you would need some t3 when doing GH.

also, from the girls i know who did gh, unless you are a bodybuilder and stacking some heavy shit and want to add the GH to complete the hormonal cocktail, then its a waste, if you are just taking gh becuase you hear it will make you lean....IMO....save $500 and go on a very low carb diet with some anabolics.....there you go the same reuslts as GH without the cost or added risk of possibly *awakening* as they say dormant cancer cells. as well as carpal tunell and jaw and forehead growth, trust me i seen it.

the woman that i knew who did gh with good results was also on test/eq/winny INSULIN, t3 shes in the ifbb though and she also told me that most females who just want to use gh to get leaner are in for a big dissapointment.

I'm glad someone else holds my general views on GH. Lots of $$$$ for little in terms of results. I know some swear by it, but given all the other stuff they're on, who knows what is doing what.

None-the-less Sassy, if you use the GH with the OX, keep us posted and keep everything else consistent. Then try a cycle of OX only and tell us if there is a difference.

Now I"m confused --- To t3 or not to t3? We know T3 is very catabolic, however GH has also been shown to decrease t3 -> t4 conversion. So, w/ an AS, it has something countering the muscle catabolism. If both GH & ana are lypolytic as W6 said, does it hurt to have t3? Or if t3 is NOT used because of that, does the GH continue to decrease t3 conversion. Which has the higher weight of importance and would drive the decision?

Is there an alternative to use of t3 to support drag down of t3 conversion? For example, the simple answer to potential thyroid problems is to increase your iodine intake (e.g. kelp supplements). Is something like that a sufficient substitute for t3? Or could t3 be taken in just minimal doses?

how about u just tell us why you want to use gh and what you think is going to happen from this ever so overhyped GH?? then maybe we could give you a better answer.
