Have a question regarding a conservative approach to entering the world of nontested bb competition.... Consider the following:
Suppose that a female in her 30s w/ a long history of lifting, dieting, etc. and a couple of natty comps decided to pursue the dark side w/ GH & anavar. Suppose further that this person had no experience w/ either. Given a period of contest prep on the order of 8 months, what is the best cycle schedule to pursue such that the two "supps" could be comfortably experimented w/ to assess response as well as run together or seperately for optimal support of the building & cutting phases of prep? (E.g. addressing necessity (or is it necessary) to run each separately to determine response and then together for optimal use or could they be stacked immediately?)
The choice of "supps" is based on the following:
- anavar: minimal sides
- GH: ability to lean out while leveraging healing capability for ongoing joint pain / tendonitis.
A conservative approach is preferred based on the lack of experience and period of time to prep.
"Bulking" will be driven by diet (not "supps") following carb rotation at higher calorie levels to support muscle growth (e.g. add 10 lbs of muscle achieve about 165 lb total weight) but reduce bodyfat by about 4% to reach a "starting point" of about 14% bf at 16 weeks out from comp time. The above mentioned "supps" would be applied to help support muscle building to increase muscle mass.
"Cutting" will also be driven by diet but supported by "supps" as close as recommended to show time. Training & cardio would be modified to support additional cutting. The goal would be to compete around 128-135 at 6-7% bf. Height is 5'7".
So given the above (and the estimated goal weight & bf have not been completely worked out but its a ballpark), how would one plan & schedule the cycles? Any other suggestions or comments on this?
