i am posting this for my g/f.. ladies if you can help.. she want a good workout plan that would be easy stick with. she would propably do it for 4 days a week.. give in good details like what she should do each day.. i know how to workout as a man but not as a woman.. she is wanting to lose weight and tone up.. i dont know how often to rest muscles or how long for cardio.. i only do each body part once a week.. i dont know about woman wen the are just toning and burning fat.. thanks for the help...
